LCH Choir

Description

The choir sings a cantata prior to Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve.

The LCH Choir sings at the 10:30 AM service each week, special seasonal liturgies, vespers, and at least one concert per year. The choir sings a large and varied repertoire from Gregorian Chant and early music to masters of the nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first centuries, with a special emphasis on the choral works of J. S. Bach. Membership is by audition with the choirmaster.

  • Participation in services and concerts as described above
  • Rehearsals
    • Thursday evenings, September through May, 7:00 to 9:15 PM
    • Warm-up Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM

The LCH Choir has a membership of about 25 singers.
