Process Thought Forum

Description

The Process Thought Forum engaged in conversation during a meeting in Insenberg Hall.

We enjoy thinking about our faith and values. That means we may often disagree, express doubts, entertain unorthodox ideas. The “process” part of the heading refers to a certain philosophical perspective that has helped me [Fritz] hold on to my religious life. We have discussed a wide variety of topics: evolution, imperial politics, physics, biology, poetry, and many others. One does not need to be an expert. After all, we are all on our own journey of faith—and here we can try to think about it together. What a bonus! We usually have community people joining with us. The group is open to newcomers and includes many beyond the LCH community.

Volunteer Opportunities

Meets at the church the second Saturday of each month, 9:30–11:00 AM, and the Sunday that same weekend at noon.
Be ready to express ideas and listen to others.Ê Bring your questions.
