Joint Confirmation Activity at Maluhia Lutheran in Wai‘anae (September 10, 2006)

Maluhia Lutheran Church in Wai‘anae The Hukilau joint confirmation class gathered at Maluhia Lutheran Church, Wai‘anae, for our second joint event of the school year on September 10. Six churches participated with some 33 students for the first session on the Ten Commandments.

Confirmands brought ready-to-eat foods for homeless children attending Waianae schools as this month's service project.

Bishop’s Assistant, Pastor Karen Parker, visited and joined in the various events, proclaiming Hukilau confirmation a marvelous experience.
