Hukilau Joint Confirmation 2010–11

During 2010–11, youth from LCH participated in the joint Hukilau confirmation program using a three-year curriculum entitled “Here We Stand.” The materials have a web-based component that invites students to delve deeper into topics, connect with other confirmands, or to use interactive games and videos.

Classes are schedule for Calvary by the Sea on Wednesdays (except for sessions on April 6 and 13, which will take place at LCH). Wednesday evening sessions begin with dinner at 6:00 PM and class from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.

In addition to weekly training at Calvary by the Sea, one Sunday per month, LCH youth joined with youth from around the island at one of our ELCA churches for a joint activity. Sunday themes are marked with *, and times and locations are shown in parentheses.
