The observance of the Great Three Days continued with the Good Friday Liturgy. The Passion of St. John was sung in a setting based on work by by Tomás Luis de Victoria (c.1505–1585). Three soloists sang the words of the Narrator, Jesus, and other individuals, and the crowd parts were sung by the choir.
